Does this security camera support 5G wifi connection?

The Cinnado solar camera security outdoor will only support 2.4G wifi connection, 5G wifi is not supported. Make sure connect your mobile phone with 2.4G WiFi while setting up the camera.

Does the security camera support motion tracking and 24/7 continuous recording?

The Cinnado home security camera DOES NOT support automatic motion tracking. However, you can rotate the camera on the app to view different angles. Also, the battery-type cameras do not support continuous recording to save the battery life.

Camera cannot charge and go offline due to the low battery?

If the app shows low battery percentage during charging, restart the camera and check again.

The camera will go offline if the battery is dead. If you see a low battery warning in the app, charge the camera asap to prevent disconnection.

What should I do if the camera won’t hold a charge or the battery drains quickly?

Adjust sensitivity to reduce false alarms, use power-saving mode to conserve battery, and place the camera in sunlight for solar charging. Note the camera has no charging light, charge via Type-C cable, power on, and check charging status in the app.

What should I notice during connecting?

1. It works with 2.4GHz Wifi, 5GHz is not supported.

2. Before connection, verity the camera’s indicator light is flashing red and blue. if not, press & hold the reset button to factory settings.

3. Make the password is correct &has no space.
